The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a volunteer member organization devoted to serving those in need.

Assistance, whether material, emotional or spiritual, is offered to each individual with a spirit of compassion, respect and dignity.

The goal is not to solely provide assistance, but to provide assistance in a manner that will make a meaningful difference in people's lives as they work to reestablish their stability.

An international organization with members in over 130 countries, the Society has been serving those in need in Merrit Island since 1968.

  • We operate three days each week, 52 weeks each year.
  • We are open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10A.M. until Noon.
  • We deliver food from 1:00 P.M. until completion on each of the above days.
  • Consultation home visits by appointment .

Feast of the Ascension

The 40th day after Easter Sunday, commemorating the Ascension of Christ into heaven, according to Mark 16:19, Luke 24:51, and Acts 1:2. This year it will be celebrated by most dioceses in the US on Sunday, May 20th.

2/9/2012      DM Academy Donates 500 cans of food

As part of the academy's celebration of 100 days in school, the students in the 5 lowest grades (pk3, pk4, kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades collected 500 cans of food for our food pantry.
